Enter the collected data into the database software, specifically Fasah.sa with Saber and HS-Code. This involves generating and sending excel reports, as well as closely monitoring the shipment from its arrival to the successful delivery of the goods to customers\' warehouses.
Prepare and submit the required documents to the customs authority through EDI for Bayan, ensuring the smooth release of the shipment. It is also crucial to check the C-Status to determine if the Saudi Food and Drugs Authority (SFDA) requires any additional approvals, such as MSDS or import certificates.
Provide assistance and resolve any technical issues that may arise, including problems with computers, Excel, Word, and other peripheral equipment. This support is offered upon request to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
